摘　　要：细胞凋亡是细胞的正常死亡。文章阐述了细胞凋亡的基因调控及其与大肠癌发生的关系,和在大肠癌治疗方面的应用策略、展望。Cell apoptosis is programmed cell death. The gene regulation of cell apoptosis, and its correlation with the carcinogenesis with colorectal cancer, application strategy and prospect on the treatmet for colorectal cancer were reviewed.
