摘　　要：《国家通用语言文字法》规定汉语拼音“用于汉字不便或不能使用的领域”。汉字确实存在许多不便或不能使用的领域。汉语拼音在信息时代的适用性和优越性是显而易见的。National commonly-used language and script law puts that the Chinese Pinyin “should be used in the aspects where there cannot use characters or inconvenient field.” In fact, there are surely some aspects where we can＇ t use characters or it is inconvenient to use them. It is clearly characterized by applicability and advantage to use Pinyin in Information Times.
