摘  要:目的:研究多代饮用牛奶对小鼠血钙、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)等骨钙代谢指标的影响,以探讨多代饮奶对骨钙代谢的影响规律。方法:取四周龄BALB/c小鼠60只,饲养于动物房,白天、黑夜各12h,按体重随机分为两组,一组为饮奶组,按体重500g/60Kg10=0.083g/g灌奶;另一组为不饮奶组,按体重0.083g/g灌胃去离子水。每代在其子代出生一个月后取样测定各项指标。结果:实验组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组第三代与第一代之间有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组代与代之间没有统计学意义(P>0.05);血清钙含量对照组和实验组没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多代饮奶可促进小鼠骨钙吸收,进而促进骨骼发育和骨健康。Objective : To study the effect of multi - generation drinking milk on the bone metabolizing factors such as serum calcium, ALP, BGP, etc. Methods : Sixty BALB/c mice of 4-week years old were chosen and divided into two groups randomly by weight, one is the drinking milk group, infused with 0.083g/g of milk, another group infused with the same quantity of distilled water. The items were determined within one month after the birth of their filial generation. Results: ALP, BGP of the drinking milk group were higher than that of another group significantly ( P 〈 0.05). Within the drinking milk group, ALP, BGP of the third generation were significant different with that of the first generation( P 〈 0.05) ; but there is no significant difference among the generations of the contrast group ( P 〉 0.05). The blood calcium, has no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : Multi-generation drinking milk could promote the absorption of bone calcium, at last promote the growth and health of bone.
