摘　　要：胸痛和肿块是原发性胸壁肿瘤的两大临床特征．而胸部Ｘ线拍片和穿刺活检是主要诊断方法。所有良性肿瘤均予手术切除，而大多数恶性肿瘤应广泛切除。本组病例无手术死亡。对于广泛胸壁切除后所致胸壁缺损，应予胸壁重建。The benign tumors was 75%,there was 75% in malignant tumor in sternum. Chest psin and tumor was two clinical signs. The chest X-ray film and biopsy was main diagnosis mothods. All patients with benign tumors had complete excision and most mslignant cases were treated by wide resection. There was no operative deatt. After wide resection, The chest wall need to reconstruction.
