增强大型注塑机柔性的研究

摘　　要：介绍了扩大大型注塑机注塑加工范围的方法。该法不修改注塑机的PC控制程序,也不需附加液压站,只需插入简单的机电单元,就能使其增加多路顶出和抽芯功能。用此法也能增加其它的功能和增强大型注塑机的柔性。This thesis introduces the method that makes large-scale injection mold to extend to its working extent. The method does not change PC program what controls injection mold and makes it increase ejecting and pulling. It has no need of adding hydraulic station. It is necessary to insert a simple electromechanic unit in the old system. It makes large-scale injection mold to increase the other functions and to strengthen flexibility.
