复方熊胆粉防治胆石病的药效学研究

摘　　要：本文旨在探讨中药复方制剂复方熊胆粉防治胆石病的药效,通过豚鼠胆固醇胆结石,高血脂症模型的防、治及家兔利胆汁、琼脂平板抑菌实验,设熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)、消灸利胆片作平行对照。实验结果表明:复方熊胆粉有升高胆汁中胆酸/胆固醇比值,降血脂,利胆汁作用,其作用优于UDCA,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用优于消炎利胆片,可补UDCA无抑菌消炎作用之不足,有望提高胆石病的临床疗效。Theis paper is consulted with the funcion of different drugs including Chinese traditional medicine cV. western medicine in preveting and curing cholelithiasis. Three drugs, including capsule Composite Xiongdan,a composite of Chinese traditional medicines and manufactured by ourselves. Tablet UDCA and Tablet Xiaoyanlidani were used to do paralled experiment reasearch. Guinea pigs were grouped randomly,and was used to detect the effect of promoting gallbladder function and agar plate - drilling method was used to detect the ability of inhibiting bacteria he results indicated that capsule composite Xiongdan was much better than the other two groups, UDC.A* and Xiaoyanliden Tablet in decreasing lipid and increasing aholic acid. The capsule composite Xiongdan not only can dissolve cholelith but also allay inflammation. Thus the capsule Compasite Xiongdan can prevente cholelithiasis
