摘　　要：目的探讨二烯丙基三硫(diallyl trisulfede,DATS)诱导人胃癌MGC-803细胞凋亡的作用。方法采用倒置显微镜、光学显微镜、透射电镜分别观察DATS诱导人胃癌MGC-803细胞凋亡的形态学改变以及用流式细胞术观察亚G1峰。结果MGC-803细胞经DATS处理24 h后,光镜可见细胞胞浆浓缩、核固缩深染等早期凋亡细胞;电镜可见到不同时期凋亡细胞;流式细胞术检测有亚G1峰的出现。结论DATS具有诱导胃癌MGC-803细胞凋亡的作用。Objective To investigate whether DATS induces apoptosis in MGC - 803 cells. Methods Cell apoptosis was inspected by invert microscope, light microscope, electron microscope and flow cytometry. Results After 24 hours of exposure to DATS , partial cells presented characteristic morphological changes of apoptosis, including cell shrinkage, nuclear condensation. Flow cytometry analysis showed that treating MGC - 803 cells with DATS significantly increased the percentage of apoptosis cells. Conclusion Diallyl trisulfide could significantly induce apoptosis in MGC - 803 cells.
