缺氧诱导因子1α对乳腺癌生物学行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在乳腺癌组织中的表达状态以及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法对行乳腺癌根治术后甲醛固定的石蜡包埋组织进行连续切片和HIF-1α免疫组化染色。结果45例乳腺癌的HIF-1α阳性率为82.22%;HIF-1α表达与乳腺癌的组织类型、PR标志、ER标志、TNM分期、癌性坏死之间无相关性,但与淋巴结是否转移、炎症反应程度及病程长短之间有一定关系。结论HIF-1α过表达与乳腺癌不良生物学行为有一定关系。Objective To investigate the relationship of the hypoxia inducible factor- 1α（ HIF- 1α） with the clinical pathology in breast carcinoma. Methods Forty - five samples of breast carcinoma tissues were examined for HIF- 1α expression by SABC immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of HIF - 1α was 82.22%, the expression of HIF- 1α was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, inflammatory reaction and course. Conclusion The overexpression of HIF- 1α was related with poor biological behavior of breast carcinoma.
