摘  要:报道了多孔硅球固定化猪胰脂肪酶(IE)催化合成侧链含活性烯丙氧羰基的聚(5-甲基-5-烯丙氧羰基-三亚甲基碳酸酯)(PMAC)的新方法.所得聚合物经核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR),核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)以及凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征.同时,研究了反应温度及反应时间对聚合反应的影响.结果表明:严格控制反应温度75℃、反应时间120 min,可得到线型的PMAC分子,其数均分子量(Mn)和重均分子量(Mw)分别达到34 700和53 800,分散度为1.55.进一步研究了所得聚合物的功能化,即侧链环氧化,12 h可实现其完全的环氧化.A new method for the synthesis of poly(5 methyl-5-allyloxylcarbonyl-trimethylene carbon- ate)(PMAC) catalyzed by the immobilized lipase on porous silica beads was reported. The polymers obtained were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GPC. The factors affecting the polymerization such as reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. Under the strict control of temperature at 75 C and reaction time of 120 rain, targeted linear polymers PMAC with M, 34 700 (Mw 53 800) and polydisperity 1.55 could be obtained. Further functionalization of PMAC by epoxidization was also reported. The epoxidization reaction had been performed completely with the reaction time of 12 h.
