摘 要:基于ACIS平台的轿车前翼子板参数化设计,采用基于特征造型的参数化模型。系统主要由读取数据文件模块、NURBS曲线生成模块、曲面构造模块、参数化修改模块、数据转换模块以及用户界面组成。其设计过程是:先将测量得到型值点数据按照规定的格式写入数据文件(*.out)中,作为设计的初始依据;再读入数据文件,确定截面型线,反算出控制顶点;然后利用NURBS曲线构造程序计算生成前翼子板曲面三维控制线框,并用参数化修改模块;最后添加工艺翻边及孔特征,完成轿车前翼子板设计的全部过程。The parameterization model based on feature molding was adopted in parameterization design of car front fender based on ACIS platform. The system is mainly composed of file module of reading data, creation module of NURBS curve, surface construction module, parameterization modifying module, data conversion module and user interface. Its design process was as follows: at first, the data of measured offset point was written into the data file (* out) in defined form and considered as the initial reference of design; secondly, the data file was read to ensure the type lines of sections and the control tops were calculated inversely; thirdly, NURBS curve construction program was adopted to calculate and create the three-dimension control wire frame of front fender curve, the parameterization was also used to modify modules; at last, the technical crimp and hole features were added to complete the whole process of car front fender design.
