摘　　要：表面处理线要求手动与自动切换。采用行程开关检测行车的升降机构上下限位和上限越位、导轨始端和末端原位、导轨始端和末端的越位、以及工位位置。如果两行车相碰,也用行程开关断开电源。电动机正反转、调速、制动和控制用变频器实现。Surface Disposing Line requires switching at hand-control and autocontrol. Adopt, journey switch to detect fluctuating limit location, upper limit offside, guide-rail＇s beginning and end original location, guide-rail＇s beginning and end offside, and working location. If two traveling crane collide, use journey switch turn off the power. Electromotor positive and negativerotation, timing, apply the brake and control be realized by frequency conversion implement.
