摘　　要：介绍如何使用激光多普勒位移测量仪测量数控机床的定位误差,并根据ISO 230-2(1997)标准确定数控机床的定位精度和重复定位精度,为进一步进行误差补偿提供基础。The paper presents how to measure position error for CNC machine tools and evaluate position accuracy and repeated position accuracy with laser doppler displacement meter on the basis of criterion ISO 230 -2 （1997） , which provides foundation for further error compensation.
