摘　　要：介绍了白石水库枢纽工程集中监控调度控制系统的设计过程,详细论述了该系统的先进性、可靠性及方便易用性,旨在为广大同行进行同类项目设计时提供借鉴和参考。Design procedure of centralized monitoring dispatching control system for the multi--purpose project is presented. The advantages, reliability and convenience of the system are detailed. It aims at to provide lessons and reference for prosons of the same occupation when designing similiar project.
