摘　　要：从技术创新与企业战略的关系出发,分析了企业技术创新的潜在战略动机,认为存在基于绩效导向的困境创新和基于竞争导向的松弛创新两种类型,并构建了企业技术创新策略选择的分析框架,提出了不同战略动机下技术创新策略选择的相关命题。Beginning with the relationship between technological innovation and business strategy, we analyze latent strategic motivations which drive technological innovation, and divide technological innovation into two categories： Problemistic innovation based on performance and slack innovation based on competition. Next this paper constructs a framework about selecting of technological innovation strategy and puts up some propositions.
