摘　　要：研究了棉籽粕精制和萃取脱毒工艺，制造出无毒高蛋白质棉仁粉，把它添加到谷物食品中，可大大提高其蛋白质含量，有利于人民身体健康。This paper puts forward a new technological process in the treatment of cotton seeds,in which cotton seed is refined and the poison is eliminated by means of extraction.This process can be used to make nonpoisonous cotton seed powder of high protein.The powder can be used as a food additive.It would help a lot to the production of feed.
