摘  要:目的:探讨玉米须提取物(Stigma maydis extract,SME)抗肿瘤作用。方法:将肉瘤(S180)、肝癌(Hep)、胃癌(MFC)细胞接种肿瘤后的小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄各半,给予SME10d,停药后24h处死动物,称体重,剥离右腋下皮下组织,摘出肿瘤,称瘤重,测定生化指标。结果:SME对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长具有明显的抑瘤作用,其中对S180作用显著,较低剂量即可显示明显作用;延长S180荷瘤鼠存活时间;同时可增加吞噬指数α、廓清指数K及胸腺系数;对体外淋巴细胞转化功能亦有增强作用。结论:玉米须提取物具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。Objective: To study the antitumor effect of Stigma maydis extract(SME). Method: The mice were inoculated with tumor cells and divided into 5 groups randomly (n=10), half male and half female, which were administered SME 10 d continuously. The mice were killed and weighed 24 h after the last administration, and the tumors at right axillary fossa were separated. Results: SME inhibited obviously growth of S180, Hep and MFC cells in tumor bearing mice. It could suppress the growth of S180 significantly and prolong the survival time even at lower dose. Meanwhile, SME could increase the phagocytic index α, clearance index K, thymus coefficient and increase the transformation function of lymphocyte in vitro. Conclusion: SME has obvious antitumor effect.
