摘  要:目的:提取并纯化粉防己多糖(SMP),确定其组成,研究其清除活性氧自由基的作用。方法:利用水提醇沉得到粉防己粗多糖,再经DEAE纤维素和聚酰胺纯制。利用Fenton反应研究SMP清除.OH的作用;利用邻苯三酚自氧化法研究SMP清除.O2-的作用。结果:纸色谱显示SMP是由葡萄糖组成的匀多糖;SMP清除.OH的能力较弱;清除.O2-时的效果稍强,IC50为1956.1μg/ml。结论:粉防己多糖为首次提取制得,有一定的清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的作用。Objective: To extract and purify Polysaccharide from Stephania tetrandra S. Moore(SMP), study on its chemical composition and the effect on scavenging active oxygen. Methods: The Polysaccharide was extracted by water and precipitated by ethanol. It was further purified by DEAE-cellulose and polyamide. Study Polysaccharide scavenging effect on·OH with Fenton reaction. Study on Polysaccharide scavenging effect on ·O2^- with Pyrogallol Autoxidation Method. Results: The paper chromatography showed that SMP was composed of glucose. The scavenging effect of SMP on·OH was displeased. The IC50 of SMP scavenging ·O2^- was 1956. μg/ml. Conclusion: This Polysaccharide was isolated from Stephania tetrandra S. Moore for the first time, which had certain effect on scavenging ·OH and ·O2^-.
