摘  要:分析加入CH4对选择性非催化还原(SNCR)方法脱除烟气中NOx的影响,并利用CHEMIKIN软件对其反应过程进行了计算。计算结果表明,加入适量CH4可以降低SNCR有效反应温度,提高NO脱除效率,加快反应速率,缩短反应停留时间,从而对SNCR脱除NOx的过程起到促进作用。此外,依据计算结果对其反应机理进行了解释和分析。The influence of adding methane(CH_4) upon flue gas denitrification with selective noncatalytic reduction (SNCR) process has been analysed, and calculation of the reaction process being carried out by using CHEMKIN software. The calculation results show that adding suitable amount of CH_4 can reduce the effective reaction temperature of SNCR, enhancing efficiency of denitrification, accelerating the reaction rate, and shortening the retention time of reaction, thereby playing a promotion effect for the denitrification process of SNCR. In addtion, the reaction mechanism of SNCR has been explained and analysed on the basis of calculation results.
