摘  要:在对串级控制系统优点和PID与HSIC算法对比研究基础上,提出了主控制策略采用基于HSIC的锅炉汽包水位调节串级三冲量控制方案.研究了汽包液位控制的难点、锅炉水位三冲量系统结构、控制策略选取及HSIC控制算法.系统仿真研究指出主调节器使用HSIC的动态、静态控制品质比采用PID调节器控制的效果更好.系统初步调试表明:在串级三冲量锅炉汽包水位控制系统中的主调节器采用基于HSIC的控制更具实用价值.Based on the study of advantages of cascade control system and comparison PID (pmportional-ingegral-differential controller) HSIC (with human simulation intelligent control) algorithm, the main control strategy applied cascade-three parameters control approach based on HSIC for water level adjust in the boiler drum was presented. The control difficulty points of drum water level, three parameters system structure of boiler water level system, control strategy choosing and control algorithm of HSIC were studied. The simulation result points out that the system control quality is better by HSIC than by PID in main adjuster for the dynamic and steady performance. In addition, the basic system test shows that the control based on HSIC has better application values in practical engineering for main adjuster in the water level control of cascade-three parameters boiler drum system.
