摘  要:采用高频电场激发氧灰化溴代卟啉分光光度法,测定了鄱阳湖野生藜蒿中铅的含量.在0.08 mol/LNaOH介质中,铅与溴代卟啉试剂形成1:2橙黄色配合物,最大吸收波长在479 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.2×105.铅量在0.04~0.48μg/mL内符合比耳定律,可用于鄱阳湖野生藜蒿中的铅的测定.测定结果表明,鄱阳湖区取样土壤已受到重金属铅的轻微污染,样品野生藜蒿中含有较低浓度的铅.A method of the determination of absorbed lead in wild Artemisia selengensis (a wild plant growing in wet soil whose tender stem is edible) in Poyang Lake with T(DBHP)P is reported in this paper. The complex-formation reaction in 0. 08 mol/L NaOH solution can be accelerated at room temperature in the presence of oxine. The soret band lies at 479 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2. 2×10^5. Beer's law is obeyed for 0--12 μg of lead in 25 mL of solution. The method has been applied for the determination of micro amount of absorbed lead of wild Arteia selengensis with satisfactory results. The results indicates wild Artemisia selengensis has been polluted by Pb slightly.
