摘  要:目的了解便秘型肠易激综合征患者与健康人肠道菌群的变化情况。方法研究组42例,对照组38例,取当日首次定量大便作活性菌培养,检测两组相同菌种进行比较。结果研究实验数据显示,研究组肠杆菌和梭杆菌差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),类杆菌和双歧杆菌差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),而健康人群对照组以双歧杆菌、类杆菌差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),梭杆菌极显著性降低(P<0.01)。结论便秘型肠易激综合征肠道菌群结构的变化可能与梭状芽胞杆菌类致病菌增高,双歧杆菌类有益菌的降低有密切关系。Objective To study the variety situations of intestinal bacteria between constipated type of irritable bowel syndrome patients and healthy crowd. Methods Forty - two cases in the research group and 38 cases in the comparison group were studied. Fixed quantity stcol for the first time were done activity bacterium cultivating,and test the same kinds of bacteria were tested for the two groups, and the bacteria for the two groups were compared. Results The amount of bacteria in every gramme of stool between the studied group and the controlled group respectively were fusobacterium 10.37 ± 1.42 vs 7.78 ± 1.31 ( P 〈 0.01), lactobacillus 7.31 ± 1.05 vs 8.31 ± 0.68 ( P 〈 0.05), bifidobacterium 6.72 ± 1.32 vs 9.94 ± 0.50 ( P 〈 0.01) ,enteric bacilli 10.21 ±1.70 vs 8.52±2.15 (P 〈0.05),bacteroides 6.82 ± 0.83 vs 9.63±0.49 (P〈0.01), entereeeecus 8.01 ± 2.92 vs 7.45 ± 2.42 ( P 〉 0.05 ). The study showed that the enteric bacilli and fusobacterium in the research group increased greatly ( P 〈 0.01) ,bacteroides and bifidobacterium reduced greatly ( P 〈 0.05), but bifidobacteria and bacteroides increased (P 〈 0.01 ) while fusobacteria reduced greatly (P 〈 0.05) in the comparison group. Conclusion The varieties of intestinal bacteria configuration of the constipated type of irritable bowel syndrome are closely related to the increasing of the bacteria which can cause a disease (fusobacteria) and the reducing of the beneficial bacteria (bifidobacteria).
