摘　　要：文章从中医药的角度探讨了治疗胃癌的经验。主要包括胃癌的病因病机、中医辨证分型治疗及中西医结合治疗胃癌的思路、方法,常用的治疗胃癌的专方、专药以及中医药治疗胃癌的机理。认为中医药在治疗胃癌方面作出了重要贡献,中西医结合治疗胃癌是重要的发展方向。This paper explored the experience treated stomach cancer from TCM respects, which included its etiological iactor and pathogenesis; treatment with syndrome differentiation for classification and approach treated stomach cancer with combination of TCM and western medicine; common especial prescription and drugs; treatment mechanism of TCM. The author considered TCM make a important contribution in treating stomach cancer, Treatment stomach cancer with combination of TCM and western medicine would be an important development direction.
