摘 要:目的进一步探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤白血病(NHL-L)与核仁区嗜银蛋白(AgNORs)变化的关系.方法用银染技术检测了NHL患者49例.并用急粒细胞性白血病(AML)21例、慢粒细胞性白血病(CML)19例、非恶性血液病15例作为对照.结果三种白血病之AgNORs分别与正常对照相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).NHL-L与AML或CML相比差异具有统计学意义.临床1~2期NHL伴白血病(NHL-L1-2)、3~4期(NHL-L3-4)两组分别与NHL相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).随着病情进展,从NHL-L1到NHL-L2其AgNORs有随之上升趋势.结论 AgNORs在NHL-L的预后判断上可能是一个很有用的生物指标,还可用作疗效指标以及监倥病情的复发.Objective To study the further valuation of relation between nucleolar organizer region associated proteins(AgNORs) variations and non-Hodgkin lyphoma/leukemia (NHL/L). Methods By the means of silver staining technology to test NHL patients 49 cases. And to test AML 21cases, CML 19 cases, benign blood diseases patients 15 cases as control. Results There were significant differences (P 〈0.01) on AgNORs between normal control and these 3 kinds of leukemia respectively. As well as there had significant differences (P 〈0.01) among NHL and it's 2 groups NHL-leukemia(NHL-L1, NHL-L2), along with the advance of elinieal stages the AgNORs were raising gradually. Conclusion AgNORs test could be a useful biomarker in judging the prognosis of NHL/L, and may be used as an indicator of therapeutic effect, and monitoring the recurrence too.
