摘　　要：专家辅助人制度是司法鉴定制度的配套机制,而在刑事司法鉴定中其作用更是不容忽视。鉴于我国现有司法鉴定体制中出现的鉴定机构性质不明、鉴定结论审查判断不科学等顽症,确立专家辅助人制度势在必行。本文从我国的现状出发,结合英美法系国家专家辅助人制度的主要内容,针对我国建构刑事鉴定专家辅助人制度作了探讨。expert auxiliary system is assort mechanism of expert testimony system, but its affect in the criminal expert testimony is very important, in .view of chronic and stubborn disease of our current expert testimony system, such as the properties of evaluation mechanism indeterminacy, investigate decision problem, Establishing expert auxiliary system must be imperative. In this paper, the writer approach the subject about establishing expert auxiliary system, in the light of our present situation and combining the corresponding system of Anglo-American law family countries.
