浅谈建立与高校高速发展相适应的财务运行机制

摘　　要：文章通过分析企业的财务管理模式,结合高校高速发展的实际情况,提出高校财务应借鉴企业财务管理模式中的综合财务管理模式,建立综合财务计划的财务运行机制;并对综合财务运行机制的优点及应注意的问题进行了具体分析和研究,以充分提高高校财务管理的水平和能力,适应高校自身的发展和需要。The paper makes comparison between the finance management system of enterprises and that of high-speed developing universities. It proposes that universities introduce the corporative finance management system to improve financial system in higher education and become seasoned with the pace of their development. It also gives concrete analysis on the merits and problems of the new system.
