摘 要:建立良好的师生关系是有效教学的基石,也是学生成长中有益的助力。情感交流是建立良好师生关系的基础,掌握情感交流的技巧和策略是建立良好师生关系成功的根本保证。主动倾听、准确理解、有选择地注意和尊重学生等是建立良好师生关系的有效技巧和策略,而大量的含有反思和总结内容的不断练习是技巧获得的关键。It is a foundation of effective teaching, and the beneficial helping that students grow up too to establish good teacher- student relationship. Emotional communication is a foundation of establishing the good teacher- student relationship. Emotional communication masteries and strategies will make the good teacher- student relationship succeed in setting up. Listening initiatively, understanding to a nicety, noticing selectively and respecting students are the effective teaching skills and strategies of establishing good teacher- student relationship. A grate deal of continual exercises with thinking and summarization are the keys to gain the skills.
