摘　　要：本文重点讲述了质量认证过程中应注意的关键点和经常出现的问题,从对质量认证的认识误区和认证过程的操作误区进行了剖析,并提出了解决这些问题的可操作性意见。Mainly the author of this essay elaborates the key issues and common problems occur in quality certification process, analyzes the misunderstanding on quality certification end the wrong operation in certification process, then gives opinions correspondingly to solute these problems.
