摘　　要：文章建立了城市交通网络建设水平评价指标体系,探讨了各种评价方法所涉及到的评价指标权重的确定问题;提出了一种各城市可以在上级约束下,根据自己的偏好确定各自的权重,然后提交上级,并由上级进行综合,确定最后的系统权重的方法;数学模型应考虑到所有城市在确定各自的权重时都希望突出自身的优势特点,同时又要考虑到全局的平衡。An evaluation index system of the urban transportation network construction level is established ,and a method of determining the weights of evaluation indices is studied. The weights of the indices of the cities concerned are given according to their favor under the restrictions of the superior, then the weights are synthesized and adjusted by the superior,and the optimal weight vector of the evaluation index system is determined. A calculation example is given. The mathematic model takes into account the dominant characteristics of all concerned cities and the balance among the cities.
