血清肿瘤相关物质群检测鉴别良、恶性骨肿瘤的作用

摘　　要：目的检测骨肿瘤患者血清肿瘤相关物质群(Tumorsuppliedgroupoffactors,TSGF)的水平,探讨TSGF对良、恶性骨肿瘤的鉴别诊断的意义。方法采用化学显色法,检测18例良性骨肿瘤患者、21例恶性骨肿瘤患者及15例健康献血员血清TSGF的水平,并进行比较。结果恶性骨肿瘤患者血清TSGF的水平为(89.2±24.1)U/ml,明显高于良性骨肿瘤患者的(61.5±15.7)U/ml(P<0.01),及健康献血员的(58.6±12.9)U/ml(P<0.01),而后两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论恶性骨肿瘤患者存在TSGF的高表达,检测血清TSGF水平有助于良、恶性骨肿瘤的鉴别诊断。Objective To measure the serum levels of tumor supplied group of factors （TSGF） in patients with bone neoplasms and to study the significance of TSGF for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant bone neoplasms.Methods Serum TSGF levels of 18 patients with malignant bone neoplasms and 21 patients with benign bone neoplasms and those of 15 normal subjects were measured by colorimetric estimation.Results Serum TSGF levels （89.2±24.1）U/ml of patients with benign bone neoplasms were higher obviously than those of patients with malignant bone neoplasms [（61.5±15.7）U/ml, P〈0.01] and those of normal subjects [（58.6±12.9）U/ml,P〈0.01], but the difference of TSGF between patients with benign bone neoplasms and normal subjects was not significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Highexpression of TSGF is found in patients with malignant bone neoplasms,measurement of TSGF is helpful for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant bone neoplasms.
