摘　　要：目的介绍线性混合效应模型的基本理论,探讨线性混合效应模型在职业紧张研究中的应用。方法利用线性混合效应模型对某医院医务人员职业紧张的影响因素进行分析。结果线性混合效应模型很好地解决了系统结构数据的统计分析问题,并得到了合理的结果。结论线性混合效应模型是分析具有系统结构特征的职业紧张资料的有效方法。Objective To introduce the basic theory of linear mixed model and its use in occupational stress research. Methods Factors that affected the occupational stress of doctors in a hospital were studied by means of linear mixed model. Results The linear mixed model could fit data and give reasonable results. Conclusion Linear mixed model is an effective way to cope with occupational stress data with hierarchical structural character.
