平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部脉管畸形的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价平阳霉素治疗颌面部血管畸形的疗效和适应证.方法采用平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部血管畸形104例,治疗方法为分次多点瘤内注射,间隔7～14 d,重复注射2～3次为一疗程,总数不超过6次.结果治疗静脉畸形(海绵状血管瘤)总有效率达92%,但对于微静脉畸形及动静脉畸形效果不佳,总有效率分别为33%及0%.结论平阳霉素局部注射治疗静脉畸形疗效确切,而且安全、简便、疗程短、损伤小,美容效果好.Objective To evaluate the effects and indications of topical application of pingyangmyein for treating the vascular malformations in oral and maxillofaeial regions. Methods A total of 104 patients with vascular malformation were enrolled and received topical injection of pingyangrnyein for 1-6 times, several injection points each time and one time every 1 week or 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of venous malformation patients was 92%, but the effective rates of venular malformation and arteriovenous malformation patients were only 33 % and 0 % respectively. Conclusion The results suggest that topical application of pingyangmyein may be a valuable therapeutic way to treat venous malformations, and it is a safe, simple, short therapeutic course, and little damage method.
