56例脑星形细胞瘤临床病理学分析

摘　　要：[背景]探讨脑星形细胞瘤临床病理特点及早期诊断方法.[病例报告]应用免疫组织化学染色法对近15年间术后送检的56例脑星形细胞瘤标本进行分析,结果示脑星形细胞瘤首发症状多为头痛、头晕及呕吐;病理分级以2～3级者居多,大部分肿瘤组织呈多区域不同分化现象.[讨论]对疑为脑星形细胞瘤患者应常规进行头部CT检查.BACKGROUND To understand the method of early diagnosis. CASE REPORTS 56 analyzed by immunohistochemical SABC method clinicopathologic characteristics of astrocytoma and study the cases of astrocytoma during 15 years were retrospectively The morbidity of astrocytoma was the glioma at the same period, and the initial symptoms were mostly headache, dizziness and vomiting. Most pathologic grade was 2-3 grade, and tumor tissues present different differentiation phenomenon in many area. DISCUSSION The patient with doubtful astrocytoma should be examined by CT.
