摘　　要：[背景]总结提上睑肌缩短术治疗复发性先天性上睑下垂的经验.[病例报告]对自2003年8月至2004年12月间的11例施行提上睑肌缩短术治疗复发性先天性上睑下垂病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析.在11例中术后治愈10例(10眼),欠矫1例(1眼),无过矫病例.[讨论]提上睑肌缩短术是治疗复发性先天性上睑下垂的有效方法.BACKGROUND To summarize the clinical experience of shorting of the levator muscle of upper lid for treating the recurrent congenital ptosis REPORTS 11 cases of shorting of the levator of upper lid for treating recurrent congenital from August 2003 to December 2004 CASE muscle ptosis were retrospectively analyzed. Of 11 patients, 10 cases were cured and 1 case was undercorrected, and none was overcorrected. DISCUSSION The shorting of the Ievator muscle of upper lid is a very effective method for treating the recurrent congenital ptosis.
