摘　　要：随着经济全球化的快速发展,信用证作为一种重要的结算工具,在国际贸易中得到广泛使用,但是由于信用证采取的是纯粹的单据交易的方式,给了一些不法分子以可乘之机。为了防范这些风险的发生,出口商和进口商以及银行都应制定必要的防范措施。With the rapid development of economic globalization, L/C, as an important clearing form, plays a significant role in international transactions. Due to transacting through receipts, it is easy for lawbreakers to take advantages of L/C. So it is necessary that both the importer-exporter and the bank take precaution measures to avoid risks.
