摘　　要：目的探讨生物蛋白胶在治消化性溃疡并出血的疗效。方法甲组采用胃镜下喷洒生物蛋白胶治疗;乙组采用胃镜下喷洒或黏膜下注射1:10000肾上腺素治疗。比较两种方法治疗消化性溃疡并出血的疗效。结果甲组有效率为93.33%,乙组有效率为94.59%,两组比较,x2=0.056,P>0.05,差别没有统计学意义。结论胃镜下喷洒生物蛋白胶治疗消化性溃疡并出血成功率高,操作安全,病人耐受性好,止血效果确切。objective To explore the effect of endoscopic injection with fibrin glue on control of bleeding in peptic ulcer patients, Methods Eighty-two patients with active gastroduodenal bleeding, or ulcer with a visble non-bleeding vessel , were randomly enrolled into two group . In the first group ,the patients were given endoscopic injection of glue . In the second group , the patients were given endoscopic injection of epinephrine. Results permanent hemostasis using only endoscopic treatment was achieved in 42 eases （93.33%） in the FG group and in 37 eases （94.59%） in Epinephrine group,There are no difference between FG and Epinephrine group.（x^2=0.056,P〉0.05）. Conclusions These results suggest that endoscopic injection of FG is an effective method in the control of peptic ulcer bleeding .
