摘 要:利用氧乙炔焰或其他热源的水火弯板工艺,广泛应用于船体外壳的建造。本文应用鞍形板水火加工工艺参数的数学模型,结合曲板成型所需局部收缩量的理论计算结果,进行了鞍形板水火加工工艺参数预报方法的研究,并在此基础上建立了预报系统。该预报系统能够给出鞍形板加工焰道的合理布置方案和加工工艺参数。通过算例证明该系统具有工程使用价值。Line heating technique is widely applied in the production of ship hull. In the line heating technique, the disposal of heating positions and the selection of technique parameters will directly affect the efficiency and the quality of the production of ship hull. With the continuous development of the digital control technique applied in shipbuilding process, previous handwork process, which relies on the experience of workers, cannot match the requirements of automatic production. It is urgently needed to implement the automatization of line heating process by applying the computer technique and the digital control technique, which will have a great economical meaning in improving the efficiency of production, decreasing the load of labors, reducing the reprocess costs, and improving the precision of process. Therefore, using the computer technique to set up the prediction system of heating positions and the technique parameters has become molding of line heating research area. one of the important topics in the automatic By building the numerical model of line heating parameters, combining with the computational result of local deformation determined by forming curvd plate, the investigation of line heating parameters for saddle shape plate is carried out in this paper. Based on the foregoing work, the prediction system is established, which can provide rational heating positions and production parameters for saddle shape plate.
