缺氧诱导因子-1对卵巢恶性肿瘤的影响

摘  要:临床上已经有许多证据表明缺氧的肿瘤细胞不仅增加肿瘤对放化疗的抗拒性,且使之更具有侵袭性,容易发生远处转移。当肿瘤缺氧时可通过缺氧诱导因子-1/血管内皮生长因子诱导血管生成,以及通过影响细胞周期的进程、增殖和凋亡速率抑制肿瘤的生长,同时细胞间的黏附力降低,使肿瘤细胞处于暂时性的相对静态并保持其侵袭力为日后的生长及转移做准备。Many clinical evidences indicated that hypoxic carcinomatous cell not only increase the resistance to chemotherapy but also make itself more invasive and be prone to metastasize to distant sites. When the tumor is in a hypoxic environment, it may induce its anginogenesis through hypoxia-inducible transcription factor ( HIF-1 )/vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF), and suppress its growth by affecting the progression of cellular cycle, proliferation and apoptosis. Meanwhile, the intercellular adhesion decreases which makes carcinomatous cells in temporarily relatively static state and maintains its invasiveness for later growth and metastasis.
