水稻84－15的无融合生殖鉴定

摘　　要：对水稻８４－１５进行了系统的遗传学研究，结果表明：８４－１５不存在无融合生殖材料所具有的无融合结实及隐性遗传特性，也未见Ｆ１或Ｆ２代株系的遗传早代稳定现象，Ｆ３代仅有个别组合的少数株系稳定（占１．２５％），Ｆ４代株系稳定率略有增加（７．４６％）。故据笔者的试验结果表明。Systematic genetic studies were carried out on rice 84 15. The results of systematic genetic tests on rice 84 15 showed that the characters of apomictic self set seeds and recessive heridity have not been observed in 84 15 during the crosses with other normal varieties. Uniform population in F 1 and F 2 early generations among the crossing offsprings of rice 84 15 with other normal varieties were not observed, only a few uniform lines (1.25%) appeared in F 3 generation in individual combination, the rate of uniform lines increased slightly in F 4 generation (7.46%). Therefore, according to our studying results, there were no any apomictic phenomena in rice variety 84 15.
