摘  要:目的:探讨应用壳聚糖在体外吸附血清胆固醇的作用及其影响因素,为临床应用壳聚糖吸附法治疗高脂血症提供依据.方法:将不同分子量、不同脱乙酰度和不同粒径的壳聚糖,分别加入到含高胆固醇的血清中,在限定条件下作用一定时间,用胆固醇氧化酶法分别测定加入壳聚糖前后的血清胆固醇含量,计算其吸附量.结果:壳聚糖分子量为53~55万时,吸附胆固醇量达到最大值;随壳聚糖脱乙酰度的提高,壳聚糖对胆固醇的吸附量也提高;壳聚糖粉末粒径越小越利于吸附.结论:壳聚糖用作体外血清胆固醇吸附剂具有优良血液相容性和吸附性,其吸附行为与分子量、脱乙酰度和粒径有关.Objective: To observe the activations and effective factors about using the chitosan to absorb the serum cholesterol in vitro, and to discuss the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia applied the chitosan as absorbing agent in clinic. Methods: The chitosan, which are varied in the molecular weight, deacetylcation, and particle size, had been poured into the serum trolled conditions and time, the contents of cholesterol that contain the cholesterol highly. Under some conwere measured with the cholesterol oxidase methods before and after the chitosan had been poured into the serum. The date of the test were analysed by the computer programs. Results: The test showed that: 1. If the molecular weights of the chitosan were between 53 to 55, the chitosan absorbed the cholesterol arising to the most high value ; 2. the more deacetylcation the chitosan was, the higher absorption of the chitosan had for the cholesterol; and 3 the smaller particle size the chitosan was, the more available absorption the chitosan was to absorb the cholesterol. Conclusion: This study indicates that the chitosan, used as absorbing agent of cholesterol, had good blood compatibility and absorptivity. The absorption behaviour was related to the molecular weight, deacetylcation, and particle size of the chitosan. The chitosan may be used as the natural absorbing agent to treat the hypertriglycerdemia in clinic.
