摘　　要：城镇历史的严重破坏和城镇特色的不断丧失是城镇经济发展和城镇规模扩大引发的社会文化问题之一。本文通过对历史性城镇衰败与更新矛盾问题的分析研究,提出适合历史性城镇更新的策略与模式。The serious destroyed of town＇s history and continual lose of characteristic of towns, which is one of the social culture problems. This paper tries to present the renewal strategies and modes adapt to the historic towns, by using of analyzing and researching the incompatible problems of ruin and renewal being there.
