摘　　要：中小企业的诚信状况,对提高我国中小企业的竞争力具有重要意义。本文从加强中小企业诚信建设过程中的政府作为、环境建设、企业改制、企业文化建设方面进行探讨。Honest business will improve the maket competence of small and medium-sized businesses in our country. In this article, we discuss four aspects, that is, government behaviour, environmental construction, enterprise informing, corporate culture, in enforcing the system of honesy in small and medium-sized businesses.
