摘 要:目的探讨HLADRB1基因多态性与急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)、慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)之间的关联。方法用聚合酶链反应序列特异引物(PCRSSP)方法,对32例ALL、33例CML患者和104例健康志愿者的HLADRB1基因进行分型并分析HLADRB1基因的分布。结果与正常对照组相比,ALL患者的HLADRB106的基因频率明显增高,为15.63%,RR=3.84,χ2=8.01,P<0.001;CML患者的HLADRB109的基因频率明显增高,为24.24%,RR=3.14,χ2=7.82,P<0.01,结论HLADRB106与急性淋巴细胞白血病有关联,HLADRB109与慢性粒细胞白血病有关联。Objective To clarify the association of HLA-DRB1 alleles in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Methods HLA-DRB1 allele frequencies in 32 Chinese patients with ALL, 33 Chinese patients with CML and 104 healthy Chinese individuals were examined with polymerase chain reaction-specific sequence primers (PCR-SSP) methods. Results The gene frequency of HLA-DRB1 * 06 in all patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls (15.63% vs 5. 29%, P〈0. 001). The relative risk of HLA-DRB1 * 06 to ALL is 3.84. The gene frequency of HLA-DRB1 * 09 in CML patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls (24. 24% vs 11.54%, P〈 0. 01). The relative risk of HLA-DRB1 * 06 to CML is 3.14. The present results suggest positive association of HLA-DRB1 06 with ALL, and HLA-DRB1 * 09 with CML respectively. Conclusion HLA-DRB1 * 06 and HLA-DRB1 * 09 alleles seem to contribute to the genetic susceptibility for patients with ALL and CML respectively.
