对可摘局部义齿戴用者义齿使用及口腔卫生知识问卷调查

摘　　要：目的了解戴用可摘局部义齿患者对义齿使用及口腔卫生知识的知晓情况,为针对性的进行健康教育提供依据。方法以183例来福建医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的戴用可摘局部义齿3个月以上的患者为对象,采用问卷方式调查其戴用可摘局部义齿的效果、出现问题、余留牙清洁等相关知识的了解情况。结果183例答卷者中仅9.84%的调查者知道义齿戴用后正确的复查时间;答卷者认为义齿应戴5年以上或坏了才需要更换分别为13.12%和45.90%。仅36.07%的答卷者对余留牙做到早晚刷牙,饭后漱口;26.23%患者余留牙采用竖刷法进行口腔清洁。而了解定期进行洁治术及使用牙线分别仅为22.95%和8.2%。结论该类人群的义齿使用知识和口腔卫生知识有待提高,显示口腔健康教育的重要性。Objective To investigate the usage of removable partial dentue （RPD） and the knowledge of oral hygiene and provide the direction for the health education. Methods One hundred and eighty-three patients having used RPD over three months were questioned about the effect of using RPD, the complication and how to keep the clean of the remained teeth in oral through the graphs. Results 9.84% patients knew the right time to see the doctor after being damaged, 13.12% patients knew that the RPD should be exchanged after being used over five years, 45.90% patients knew that the RPD should be exchanged after being damaged, 36.7% patients kept the nature teeth clean by brushing them twice a day in morning and evening and gargling after taking food, and only 26.23% of them brushed the nature teeth up and down. Only about 22. 95% patients＇ teeth were cleaned by doctor in time, and 8.2% patients have used tooth line. Conclusion The knowledge of using RPD and oral hygiene in the groups should be improved. Oral health education is very important.
