摘　　要：口腔颌面部缺损是临床常见问题,采用传统的方法进行整复存在诸多问题,效果不尽如人意,科学家逐渐将目光转向异体组织移植。仅就各种口腔颌面部复合组织异体移植外科技术方面及抑制免疫排斥反应的研究做一综述。The absence of oral maxillofacial region is the common clinical problem. There are so many questions to restitute the absence in tradional ways and the effect is not satisfied. Scientists gradually looked forward to the allotransplantation. In this article we summarized the reseach about the surgery techniques,immunosuppresion and rejection of oral maxillofacial allotransplantation.
