摘 要:目的探讨癌细胞淋巴道转移机制,观察VEGF-C及其受体Flt-4在大鼠胃癌组织中的表达。方法用免疫组化法检测大鼠胃癌组织的癌细胞和淋巴管内皮细胞对VEGF-C和Flt-4的表达。结果VEGF-C和Flt-4在癌细胞的胞浆均可见阳性表达;淋巴管内皮细胞上仅见到Flt-4的阳性表达。结论①Flt-4与VEGF-C在胃癌细胞的表达正相关,可能与肿瘤的浸润有关。②推测VEGF-C可能通过其受体Flt-4诱导胃癌组织淋巴管发生。Objective To explore the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis and the expression of VEGF-C and Flt-4 in rat gastric cancers. Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was performed to express VEGF-C and Flt-4 protein in rat cells and lymphatic endothelium of gastric cancer. Results VEGF-C and Flt-4 protein were expressed in the plasma of cancer cells. The expression of Flt-4 proteins were only showed in lymphatic endothelial cells, and significantly correlated with VEGF-C. Conclusion ①The positive correlation of VEGF-C and Flt-4 could make cancer developed.②It suggests that VEGF-C may induce lymphangiogenesis by its receptor Flt-4.
