摘　　要：硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,近年来大量研究表明硒对肝癌、胃癌、大肠癌、前列腺癌、肺癌等多种肿瘤具有显著的预防和治疗作用。本文就硒在预防和治疗肿瘤中的作用及应用进展,从硒的抗肿瘤作用机制,人群干预实验和硒的抗肿瘤临床应用三个方面作一综述。Selenium is one of the most important trace elements fur the people. There are many studies showing Ihal the micro）element Se has remarkable role in preventing arid curing cancers of liver.stomach,colon.prostate anti lung. The present review sums up mechanisms, intervention Irials and clinical treatment to discuss the function and development of microelement Se preventing and treating tumor.
