摘 要:目的:为探讨急性白血病(AL)患者骨髓细胞的周期分布、非整倍体,及其与临床疗效的关系.方法:作者应用流式细胞仪(FCM)测定了57例AL患者的骨髓细胞DNA含量.结果:不同类型AL患者骨髓细胞S%均明显低于正常对照和缓解后患者.急性早幼粒细胞白血病(M3)S%最低;AL患者骨髓细胞DNA非整倍体检出率29.8%,4例完全缓解的患者仍检出DNA非整倍体细胞,随化疗进展而消失;对21例AL患者骨髓细胞S%与化疗后原始细胞下降指数(BRI),缓解率和复发的关系进行探讨,发现高S期组化疗后BRI明显高于低S期组(P<0.01),但高S期组获得缓解的患者易于复发,而缓解率两组之间无差异(P>0.05).Objective: To investigate the marrow cell circle distribution, aneuploid, and its relation with therapeutic effects in adult acute leukemia (AL) patients. Method: Bone marrow cellular DNA content was assessed in 57 patients with acute leukemia by flow cytometry, the relationship between S phase percent and response to antileukemic effect of induction chemotherapy was evaluated. Results: Forty six untreated patients had a smaller S phase compartment than patients with complete remission and normal control. Acute promyelocytic leukemia (M 3) had the smallest S phase compartment. The proportion of patients with DNA aneuploidy in acute leukemia was 29.8%. Abnormal DNA content cells in four patients after complete remission were still determined. The relationship between S phase compartment and blast reduction index (BRI) showed that high S phase group was more sensitive than low S phase group in response to chemotherapy, but complete remission patients with high S phase compartment were apt to relapse. Complete remission rate of both groups was of no difference. Conclusion: Analysis of marrow cell DNA in AL patients by FCM can provide the crucial reference data for treatment.
