摘 要:目的:评价齿科用铁铬钼软磁合金在口腔环境中的耐腐蚀性,探讨其在口腔环境中应用的可行性.方法:采用国际先进的电化学腐蚀法于模拟口腔环境中对齿科用铁铬钼软磁合金的自然腐蚀电位、极化电阻、极化曲线进行测定,并以齿科钴铬合金和18∶8镍铬合金作为对照.结果:铁铬钼软磁合金的自然腐蚀电位,极化电阻和极化曲线均介于钴铬合金和18∶8镍铬合金之间,此表明其整体耐腐蚀性次于钴铬合金而优于18∶8镍铬合金.结论:铁铬钼软磁合金具有良好的耐腐蚀性。Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the anticorrosive property of dental FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy in oral environment and explore its possibility of dental application. Method: An advanced electro chemical method was used in measurement of electric potential of corrosion (ECORR), polarization resistence (RP) and potential dynamic polarization curve of FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy in simulated oral environment, and in comparison of its anticorrosive property with dental CoCr alloy and dental 18∶8 NiCr alloy. Results: ECORR and RP and polarization curve of FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy was between dental CoCr alloy and dental 18∶8 NiCr alloy. So, its entire anticorrosive property is superior to that of 18∶8 NiCr alloy but inferior to that of CoCr alloy. Conclusion: FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy has excellent anticorrosive properties and can be used in oral environment for a long period of time.
