摘　　要：目的 用高效液相色谱法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏3种有效成分的含量。方法 采用C18(150×4．6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0．05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺(18:82:0．02),用磷酸调pH 值至3．4,流速为1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长为215nm。结果 测得上述3种有效成分RSD分别为:0．22％,0．41％,0．20％(n =9);平均回收率分别为:99．55％,99．38％,99．34％。结论 方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol, caffeine and chlorphenamine in Anka Huangmin capsules simultaneously. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows： C18（150×4.6mm,5μm） chromatographic column, Methanol - 0.05mol·L^-1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate - Triethylamine（ 18 ： 82 ： 0.02）, adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH 3.4. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detective wavelength was at 215nm. Results The RSD （ n = 9）and average recovery rate of three drugs were 0.22% （99.55%） ,0.41% （99.38%） ,0.20% （99.34%） ,respectively.Conclusion This method is rapid,simple and accurate.
