病人与护士对护理服务需求认知的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护士对护理服务认知情况与病人对护理服务需求之间的差异,以利根据病人的护理服务需求改变护理服务理念、调整护理服务行为,达到两者的统一。方法采用自行设计问卷,对253名住院病人和259名护士进行调查。将数据分别录入计算机,用SPSS软件进行频数和百分率的统计。结果病人对护理服务的需求与护士给予之间存在显著性差异,且不同的疾病在不同的住院阶段其需求明显不同。结论护理人员在工作中必须以病人的需求为准则,不断调整自己的服务行为,才能让病人更加满意。Objective To explore the difference between patients＇ nursing demands and nursing service provided by nurses in order to change nursing principle, adjust nursing behaviors and seek unification of their reorganization. Methods 253 inpatients and 259 nurses were investigated by self--designed questionnaires. The data were inputted computer and calculated frequency and percentage by SPSS. Results There was significant difference in patients＇ nursing demands and nursing service provided by nurses, specially in different disease stage. Conclusions Nurses should regulate own nursing behaviors to meet patients＇ requirements according to patients＇ needs.
